my saturn
Hello everyone I am new to the site, my '04 Ion may or may not be blown, but I'm told that Saturns dont usually blow their motors very easily. Can anyone advise me on how to diagnose if my whole motor is blown? Please help I love my Saturn.

Please start a new thread in the Ion section and provide
1) Model (Ion 1, 2, 3 Redline) (Engine size if known)
2) Coupe/Sedan
3) Auto, CVT, Manual tranny
4) Mileage on vehicle
Description of Problems
If running, what's wrong with it?
If it is not running, aside from not starting, what else is happening or not happening that is unexpected? Did it quit while running or will it just not fire up?
Service Engine Soon light on? Codes read at Autozone or similar for free?
Security Light Flashing?
Smoke out tailpipe?
Steam under hood?
Horrible mechanical clanking from inside engine?
Massive loss of oil?
These are just examples....
