Default hi from Minnesota

Hi all,

I'm the original owner of 2 Saturns. One of the main reasons they were chosen is the heavy use of road salt in Minnesota winters.
My goal is to keep them going and see how many miles we can put on them.

Since Saturn was shut down, I've been taking my Saturns to Tires Plus for my routine maintenance.
I'd love to find some Saturn experts in the Twin Cities metro area that know how to tackle the more Saturn-specific repairs, like the "reverse slam" in the automatic transmission.
Please reach out if you know how to get in contact with Twin Cities Saturn experts!

Cheers!
Eric

Thanks for the welcome!
We've got:
a blue 1994 Saturn SL2 automatic with about 266,666 miles and
a red 2001 Saturn SW2 manual, with about 85,000 miles

They've both been really good cars thus far.

Weird. I uploaded a Profile Picture, but there's still an "m" in a circle, next to my name in every message, rather than the Profile Picture?!

Welcome to the forum. derf is our resident S series gurus and some of the rest of us know a little or a lot. Seriously, there's some great people and knowledge here. Since you're in the great white north, I'd be concerned about rust issues on the frame and suspension parts.

Cool. I'm glad to know that there are some S-series experts who still watch this forum!

My main interest in finding some local Minnesota Saturn people is local camaraderie and literally getting an in-person, helping hand with some procedures.
