New guy here. I have a 2004 Ion that I am trying to learn more about. I am having some difficulty (read: one heck of a time) changing my starter. I'll try the search feature and see if I can find some suggestions to help me figure out my dilemma.

Welcome to the forum, Steve. I've never even looked under the hood on an Ion, so can't help you out. Sorry bout that.

 

I'm an SL owner, so ditto.


Do search this site, if no results check search on Chevrolet Cobalt which has the same 2.2 L Engine as the Saturn ION. Starter replacement technique should be similar.
