F.n.g.
hello all. allow me to introduce myself....
i am uncle sauce, my wife has a 2007 Vue that has been a pretty decent car for the 65k miles that we've had it (odo had 12 when we purchased it). it's her third saturn and if they're taken care of they can be pretty good cars. she got a free maintenance plan for the vue but has since expired.
later today i'm going to remove the rotors and take them in to get them turned. seems like a pretty run of the mill procedure.
when i have time i need to search around to see if i can figure out the cruise control problem, it blew the fuse and when i replaced it still no go, i haven't looked to see if it blew again but i suspect that is why it is not working again.
i look forward to seeing what performance and other mods that can be done to this car, we've got to make it last at least another couple of years so we have to make it a little more interesting in the mean time.
cheers! have a good weekend everyone!

And by in large, generally has no clue what the answer means either!
I can't help much either. I have no first hand experiance with a Vue and my Data Base on Saturns, while extensive, cuts off at 2003.
But it is a good place to get mostly valid Saturn Information and there are a number of people who can impress you with their knowledge by saying I don't know.
And while it does not exactly relate I observed yesterday a new symptom of how badly I screwed up my re-paint job on mine by not being aware of the "15 degree rule" that is applied to base coat/ clear coat paint jobs. It is going to take a lot of work to make the car look nice again.
