I am looking at purchasing a 2002 automatic SL2 (I believe). It has 106,000 miles on it all by the same owner who has all of the regular maintenance papers from either a shop or a dealership. I can pick it up for $4,000. Is it worth it?

 

i think that so long as he or she has the proper maintenance records, 4 grand is not a bad price...have you checked nada.com or kbb.com?
