Default Bought another Saturn

Hello all,

I bought another Saturn but have been on other forums. This is my second Saturn, my first was a 94 SC1 5speed that seen better days. I now have a 2006 Ion-2 that is pretty much as simple as they come. I bought this car because it is simple and cheap to maintain. I also have a 2007 328i that is very nice but not as simple to work on.

I already tinted the windows. I do plan on getting nicer wheels and lowering it because it looks like a 4x4.

Pics from when I got it home.

Hey welcome to the site. Good looking rides, and good pictures on top of it. Hope to see you continue posting and join in on everything that goes on here. That ION would look much better lowered a bit, mine is thanks to RjION.

I lowered the Bimmer myself so I am fairly certain the Saturn will be easier. The Saturn will eventually become my wifes ride but it will get the same amount of attention the BMW gets. It is definitely getting lowered because wheel gap is not welcome in my driveway.

After having the car for a few months now, I have yet to really find anything to complain about with exception to where the cup holders are because of where the climate controls are. Tall drinks really do not work well.

Hello and welcome to the Saturn Forum ........ Good looking 328, now get busy with the prerunner. Cup holders......ION's have cup holders? I don't drink and drive so they don't bother me any. I can see how a coffee would get in the way when shifting. Speaking of cup holders I have a rear seat set in my garage if you find you need them. A couple days and the fobs will be on the way..yep they are from me.

Cup holders are a luxury. The 328 is the first Bimmer that I bought that actually has usable (but still crappy) cup holders. Let me know how much for the cup holders for the rear seat, my son would appreciate them.

I'll take a picture tomorrow so you can see how they work and look. I'd want $25 bucks plus shipping. If you want it I can hold on to the fobs and ship all together.

Here's a picture of where it goes and what it looks like. Snaps in place, and is deep enough to be very useful.

I'll think about the cup holders. I thought they would be higher.

Grand Daughter 5yrs rides in the back of mommys ION sitting in a booster and uses the cupholders all the time. No idea the age of your little one or seat used.
