Default Wierd Problems going on with a S Series

I have a 2002 S Series and the other day it died on my and the gas meter went down to empty even though it had about half a tank. I tried starting it back up but the engine would just turn over. I disconnected the battery and connected it back, everything worked fine except the Service Engine light came on and the security light stayed on.

This morning, I tried to start it and it wouldnt start. Finally got it to start, gave it a little gas and the tachometer didnt move. The next time I went to start my car ALL of the lights came on and stayed on.

I hope this is just the O2 sensor??? Please dont tell me the computers going bad. Anyone know whats going on??
