Where can I get a passive restraint control module for my '94 SL2?

Hi, this is my first post about my first Saturn (1994 SL2, 70,000 miles).

So I've researched my stuck shoulder belt issue, and it seems like I need a new passive restraint control module.

Where can I get one at a reasonable price? I found one online for $149, but cost IS an object.

Or can I somehow get the motor clip back to the back of the door by hand? It slides intermittently.

Thanks!

OR - how do I get the passive restraint buckle moved manually back to the back of the track so I can pull the P-REST fuse?

The odds are what you have is a worn out cable and tracking mechanism that drives the seat belts. Can't swear to it, not there. I have no idea what you can do about it at this time. Sorry!

149 is a steal if it is the right part
other option is a junk yard

I believe they went for like $ 500 at the dealer...(no personal experience just hearsay)
