no ,everything is connected tightly. The battery is brand new and the starter is brand new.

How "brand new"?

Did this problem start after the battery and starter was replaced?

Lack of interior lights indicates very weak battery -- does ANYTHING (accessory-wise) work?

Get someone to jump your battery with a good one.

New battery may be a dud. Has it ever started the car successfully?

Was it hard to start (if it did)?

sorry guys the problem was none of the above. It turns out that the ground wire for the starter relay, that they located under the driver seat was bad. And the dome light works, but the pin switch for the door is no good. The switch for the rear defog/defrost has gone bad also. But i got a new one. Thanks for all your input guys.
