do you have a manual or auto? i might check the computer or if your doing 75 and you get off the gas and it dies i might check you idal air control (iac) also is it throwing any codes? sevice engine or check gadges lights, if it has done it i would get a data link and check your "inactive" codes. it will tell you right there what is wrong. it could also be the fuel pump starting to go bad or your fuel pressure regulator, also something w/ the coil packs. i know its a lot to check out but play around a lil bit. i had the same problem as you but i was at any speed and when i came to stops

ya i did a lil more recerch for you today at the shop, you my not like this one... since you have an auto trans i would have ur touque converer looked at. this is also a sign of lossed hp. and gas milage decreasing. just thought you would wanna know. something else to check

This may be irrelevant but I once had a chevette that did exactly as you described your car doing. I changed the carb and everything I could think of. It turned out to be the catalytic converter was bad and restricting the exhaust. No problem at lower speeds but on the interstate stay out of the passing lane so you could pull off to the side.

the cats get cloged from other problems with the car, thats the last thing you really should check, its a temp fix to a bigger problem
