Default Passenger Side Interior Water Leak

Hello, I'm having a problem with an interior water leak on the passnpass side of my 04 Saturn L300 Sedan. About a week ago I was involved in a very very slight rear end collision, lady bumped me at a stop light was all. Once I got home I realized that there was ice cold water all over my passenger side floor, upon further investigation I pulled off the left inner panel under the glub box (which was held on with grooves and Velcro) and saw water leaking from the metal tubing that led up to the ac vents. I've had an on going issue with the AC in this car being hit or miss but never a leak until now. Any suggestions?

I suspect the condensation drain is plugged. It drains through the firewall below where the a/c pipes and heater hoses connect. It is difficult to access from above, If you have your oil changed somewhere see if they will blow out the drain hose. Have them ready for a pint or more of water.
