2002 Saturn SL1, 1.9 manual. I have a problem with this p0341 code ( camshaft position sensor)that comes on every once a while, CEL appears on the dash and later it clears by itself. Any ideas?

Pitar,
Anything that can cause #1 or #4 cylinders to misfire can cause a P0341 to set. In most cases, it's due to spark plugs or wires. Could also be the electronic control module. Good Luck, Hope this helps.

everything is new; plugs, wires and coil module, still the same code. It has been driven much lately (sitting for 10 days), would that make any difference?

Was the coils packs replaced or the whole ignition module? It sitting for 10 days shouldn't make a difference. If the complete module was replaced, the only other thing that comes to mind is the coolant temp sensor. The first design gets cracked and the connector gets corrosion on it and the computer thinks the engine is colder than it actually is and dumps more fuel. Or teminal tightness at the ignition module or pcm. If circuit #633 drops below 2.0 volts, it will also set the code. Circuit 633 is the brown and white wire that goes from the Ignition module to the PCM. I would not recommend any spark plugs other than AC Delco.
