outlook xr issues

So my outlook xr 07 has a couple of issues

1) when driving and going over potholes the front end seems to crash and almost vibrate. Im thinking lower control arms or bushings is there a way of diagnosing which it is?

2) at idle my rev counter flickers ever so slightly all the time and on rare occasions will jump 300-400 rpm and the engine seems to skips. I have no idea.

Vehicle has new oil, coolant, fuel system tretment, new filters and im going to have plugs replacedin 2 weeks which will be my 100k mile

Any help.....

Also what are signs that my timing chain has stretched i have no idea if it has been replaced by previous owner any signs that would confirm yes or no?

Many thanks

Take it to a shop that you trust and have it diagnosed. The front end problem is most likely worn out struts. As far as the other goes, it could be a multitude of things. Take it to your local Advance or Autozone and have them read the computer codes and post them here, if there are any. If it were mine, I'd most likely try a good throttle body cleaning and see what happens. But, it's not mine, it's yours.
