Long Story Short: I had snow on my winshield and I was to cold and lazy to get out and brush it off so I turned on my wipers instead and they went halfway and just stoped working...I dont think I blew the motor though because you can hear it still running when you turn the wipers on. My dad said maybe a pin or something fell out so Im asking the pros...Can someone let me kn ow what they think might be wrong, and whered Id have to look...Thanks

Sounds like you stripped out the wiper transmission. The part that the wiper arms screw into has splines and if too much force is exerted on them, the splines shear off. You may get away with taking the arms off, cleaning the inside of the holes in the arms, and resetting them, but most likely the trans will need to be replaced. If the pins that stick out of the cowl that the arms bolt up to are smooth on the outside, time for a new wiper transmission. Be careful the wipers are in the parked position before removing them and make sure to reinstall them in the same position.

Nice is there anything else I should check...I dunno where anything is or how to get to it so the more help the better.

There may be plastic caps on the wiper arm where they attach to the car. If so, remove the caps carefully and you should see a nut. Remove the nut and the whole arm should pull off.
