I have a 2001 sl2 and I need to know what this part is, how much its gonna cost for a new one and how difficult its gonna be to fix. The hose that connects the reservoir tank for the radiator to the engine, the part on the engine that the hose connects to is broken. I need to know what that part is

Sorry I don't think any of us saw this post, or we would have been on it sooner.

Is that not the 2000-2002 plastic intake manifold right where the water nipple breaks? I've seen a fix on youtube some time ago. You may be able to locate it. Either way the intake needs to come off.

Don't sweat it. Yes it is a 2001. And thanks for the help. Since I posted this I have learned more about the problem, cause I guess its a common problem among saturns. According to my research.

Happens to some........not to all. Had four 2000-2001 S cars and never had the problem. I think the biggest problem is someone breaks it tugging on the hose. If the hose were cut off no problems.

PS: A tool is made just for cutting hoses that should not be pulled or tugged on. I hone a fresh edge on mine when ever I need to use it.
