fuel tank leaking 2004 L300 4- banger

Has anybody had any problems with the fuel feed line from the fuel sending unit to the fuel filter. I searched the forum for threads on the topic but came up empty. My g/f 's L300 2.2 has a noticeable fuel leak when turning corners. I pulled the fuel tank out expecting to see something obvious but could only see some trace residue of where the leak occurs. It looks like the gas had left a trail where its been leaking aka a clean surface area from the sending unit to the side of the tank. The only thing that I see is a slightly loser fit on the fuel feed line connector at the sending unit side. The return line right next to it has less play in it. It appears to be leaking very close to the sending unit but these two connectors are right there as well. Also what is the pressure of the tank? The fuel feed line is only 31 bucks and is on order but I want to get this right the first time. :) Any info on this would be very appreciated.

no personal experience with the L's but sounds like something a (former) saturn dealer would know about -- maybe a TSB on it, etc

Don't know the pressure, but at the fuel rail a number between 30 and 45# can be expected depending on the car. That is down stream from the regulator so higher at the tank which is where the fuel pump is located is not out of line.

found leak

just a follow up - found leak after dropping the tank. thought the leak might be at the fuel line connector. but ultimately found it was on top of the fuel sending unit on the bottom side of the return elbow. applied heavy layer of Marine-Tex adhesive so good so far.
