Which fuel cap?
 

My fuel cap needs to be replaced, so I looked at the NAPA website, and they have two that supposedly are exact fir for my car. They have different part numbers and different price, but otherwise look identical (as far as I can tell).
What's the difference? Which one should I get?

Second one states it is a locking gas cap

First is not a locking gas cap.
