I originally had the code p0601 and did research and found out that need to replace the ecm so I got a pre programmed ecm and installed it and l lost communication with the bcm and so I had it repaired and the whole time I didn't have crank or start

You would indeed be in a no start since the communication involved with the passlock security system requires the ignition sw, bcm, and ecm to all by synched.
Ign cylinder and bcm must have same "password". Once they agree, the BCM sends a request to the ECM to stop disabling (also known as enabling) the fuel injectors.
A passlock system relearn would need to be performed to synch all 3.

As for no crank, I think the passlock system has two levels of reacting to tampering. One is to keep the injectors disabled. The other MAY be starter disable for long-term deterrent to messing with it.

 

The security light doesn't stay on to do the passlock relearn and idk of anything else to do to get it started
