I bought a 2007 Saturn Aura XE in June and was very happy until the cold weather came along.
I had a car starter installed, and have been surprised that I will give it 5, 10, 15 minutes in the morning, and the heat will still blow cold. Also, I've noticed that when stopped, idling or in traffic, the heat gets cooler the longer I am not giving gas.
The dealership has told me that this is normal. They had the car for a day and checked everything, but found nothing. They then took some other Aura's out and noticed the same issue and determined that it is normal.

I just find it incredible that I spent that much money for a car that won't heat up for me in the morning.
Any thoughts???

As far as I can tell, it shouldn't be normal, but the dealer is being less than helpful. Especially since they say the same occurs when they have tested new Aura's on the lot.
Can 07 Aura owners please post if their heat works fine without giving it gas? Frustrated..Edited by: sw2cam
