As far as a bolt in goes, I do not believe the parts are compatible. I will defer to anyone that believes otherwise. The SC1 is a Saturn designed automobile, the 300 is based on the German Opal and is generally different.
But as in many situattions of this nature, with enough imagination anything is possible.

What about making it stronger and possibly turbo? I know ppl do it but I want it to do it right and not blow it up lol.

Well?
Built a few, blew up a couple
not proud but it is part of the game,
The operative concept is doing it right and these little engine respond well to a turbo.
I dunno, but I fale to see these as being turbo unique.
Should work right and last a long time.

It seems to me that when they first came out they were run pretty hard in the SCCA small sedan clasess and were competative. At least for a while anyway. They are also fairly heavy for their size as I remember.
By the late 90's competition was developing more horse power from about the same size engine which put the car at a disadvantage in certain circles.
But still, even though I sort of wish my 94 had about 15 more hp than it does due to the number of 7% grades where I live, I have never really felt that the cars were under powered and while I can not admidt to street racing, my 94 has the Sport/ Economy button for automatic transmission controls and using it I have scared the hell out of any number of V6 cars of current years.
