Noticed antifreeze on my passenger floor. What's it gonna take for me to replace the heater core? Haven't checked yet, but hoping there's a trap door in the module that allows it to easily come out from under the dash.

idk how to replace the core itself but if you look on the indention in the top of the dash there are two plastic covers over two bolts. if you remove those then the top of the dash will come off in a few clips. becarefull not to damage the vin plate when you take it off... i have had to do this to remove my passenger air bag and i noticed that under the foam padding, there is the blower and some of the duct work for the heater/ac... thats the best i can tell you.. good luck!!
