2008 Saturn Aura XE small accident question

Someone pulled out in front of me today. I hit the brakes as fast as I could and according to the other guy he sped up, but I hit the back part of his rear going 35-40 and my front bumper flew off (His keep got little to no damage) everyone's fine and nothing came of it other than a missing bumper, but I have a question on if anything looks messed up externally based on the pics above.

From what I know, the front blinker isn't working (Drivers side) and the drivers side door scratches on itself when it opens. I'm going to go get it looked at sometime soon, I just don't know much about cars and want to know if driving it will do it any further damage.
