Ok so I have replaced the pedal switch, fuses,bulbs multi switch and still no break lights, all lights work except the brake lights?
can anyone help?

 

I’d start checking wiring. To me wiring is a pain in the ***, but it’s where you need to look if you have done everything else. here’s a wiring diagram, maybe it can help.

 

Does 3rd brake light work? Meaning is the issue only the two standard brake lights or is it a problem with all three?

 

You said all lights work except the brake lights. The schematic indicates two bulbs 4 Park stop lamps. Two on each side. Do the parking lamps light when they are supposed to, but the second filament does not light when you depress the brake? Or are those bulbs completely unlit with the parking lights on?

 

Is the Vue an automatic? If so does the shift interlock work as designed? Does your Vue have tow bar brackets on the front? Maybe it has been towed before and the wires are just cut where they connected to the system. I connected my tow wiring near the driver’s side fuse panel.
