Default 2003 Saturn Vue losing all power while driving

Hi, I am new to this forum but I am looking for some help on this Saturn Vue I have been working on. It is a 2003 Saturn Vue with the 3.0 v6 and front wheel drive. The car runs and idles fine but occasionally when driving I will lose all engine power. The rpms go all the way to the bottom of the tach and a few lights come on in the dash like service, service engine soon, oil light, battery light, and the security light. However I don't get any check engine lights and I can't find any codes on the computer. When it loses power at low speeds I usually have to pull over and put the car in park and restart it to get moving again but sometimes at higher speeds the car will coast and then it will start working again. I have no idea what it could be. I have heard some people say stuff about the body control module but would that cause it to lose all engine power? Also a little history on the car to let you know what has been done to it. I changed the spark plugs, ignition coils, timing belt, new battery, changed all the filters, and a new o2 sensor in bank 1. This has me stumped any help would be great.
Thanks, Ted

That sounds like you are having a huge voltage drop. I would start with testing the charging system and check all grounds for corrosion

Does lose all power mean the engine actually stalls and the dash lights up at low speed?

Same question at high speed. Is the engine actually stalling and restarting or is the engine still running and a few hundred RPM but totally unresponsive to the gas pedal while the dash is lit up like a Christmas tree?

It stalls you can hear the engine shut off and the pedal doesn’t work at all.

I've had the stall / restart on the highway occur on an S series. Turned out to be the ignition control module. Everything would go silent for about half a second and then it would kick back in like nothing happened. That was a five-speed, so I assume it was restarting itself because it was already in gear.

Different engine, different model, different ICM.,. Just sharing my experience.
