1998 saturn sl2

I just bought this sl2 manual with 144000 on it. I have done some work to it just wanted to no if there is anything else I should do to it. This car was in ran rough and had a horribly rattle when I bought it . Things I've done Replaced water pump(was making funny noise) replaced shift cables (bad shifter bushing and previous owner had already bought cables) replace motor and tranny mount, as well as both torque struts, changed oil and belt, plugs and wires look close to new. Car runs decent now and all the vibrations are gone. Just want to make sure there's niothing else I should do

What you should do is look everything over and fix or replace what ever is needed.

Well what I mean is is there any common problems that I should look at

Well the car has 144,000 miles on it. Anything at this point could be bad. Maybe take some time to read the S series forums and you'll come up with things you may want to look into.
