Does your diagnostic tool read the ABS and say no errors (no C codes present) or does it not seem to scan the ABS module?
Maybe try disconnecting 2 wheel sensors (obv you know from which locations) and see if you can force the two errors for those wheel sensors to pop.
If it still comes back with zilch, I would start to question the ABS control module itself....or possibly the BCM, though you usually see much more whack crap going on when a Saturn BCM goes south.
The ABS codes should come through as C codes (Cxxxx) (Chassis); I think they are sent to the BCM and stored (but not as B codes since not a body code).
Is it throwing any Traction control codes (I would think they exist), again prob C codes stored in the BCM
