Default 06 Vue 3.5L drivability issue

Thanks in advance for the opportunity to join your group and ask for help. I have a 06 Vue that has recently rolled 300K on the 3.5 engine. Recently over the past couple months, I’ve been having the MIL come on flashing. Sometimes it goes back out after a few seconds and sometimes it will stay on steady for a few days afterwards. I’ve pulled codes and have P301-P0306 but when it does this, I don’t notice any power loss. This only happens at highway speed over 70mph. I did replace the timing belt, water pump, oil pump ,spark plugs about 10k miles back. Trying to figure out how to check fuel pressure and possibly thinking CRK sensor starting to fail. Any ideas? Car runs fine otherwise. Still gets around 27mpg. Driven daily around 100 miles daily back and forth to work mostly interstate driving.

Are they OEM plugs for the Honda engine? Or the same plug you removed?

I'd pull at least one from each bank to check the gap and general health.

Based on the codes, it's stating a misfire on all cylinders.

Did you change the cam sprockets when you did the timing belt ? Tensioner, etc?

Original fuel pump?

I'm thinking if you find the fuel rail under the hood near the engine and file it backwards towards the tank, you should find a Schrader valve in the metal piping for the fuel line. This should still be under the hood. However I do not know this engine well. Pretty standard configuration.

Can your tool do a crank re-learn?

The plugs were replaced when I replaced the timing belt a few months ago. I don’t know what OEM calls for but I installed NGK Iridium plugs. I believe I had gapped them at .041”. No timing chain on this engine so no sprockets replaced. I did R&R the crankshaft sensor but this thing lines up with a pin and 2 bolts. There’s no type of adjustment so I didn’t think I would need to do a relearn since I used the original sensor. I’ll have to see if my Modis will allow me to perform one.

Oh, I forgot to add, this should be the original fuel pump. I picked this car up with 135k miles on it. I performed most of the repairs for the previous owner and don’t recall doing a fuel pump. I have looked but can’t find a schrader valve on the fuel lines. I would like to install a pressure gauge and drive it to see if it’s losing pressure at highway speeds intermittently.

Fuel pressure testing:

I believe it is under the air ducting and resonator. See the following for detailed info.

Misfires you can't feel at higher load/RPM............Do a crank re-learn first or you may do a lot of work for nothing.

For reference, the CKP is located under the engine front cover.

2006 Vue 3.5L V6 CKP location

In that section, it states after replacement to do the idle relearn procedure, which is here ??????

I can't seem to find it in the charm manual.

The relearn is done through the scan tool.
