Default 06 Ion idle

Hey guys I'm new here and looking for some help. I have a 06 Ion2 with an automatic transmission. When the vehicle sits for a few hours at a time and I start it the vehicle idles rough for about 15 seconds then clears right up. No engine lights come on or anything. After the initial rough idle it runs fine. If I shut it off and start it back up it starts up perfect. It only seems to happen when the vehicle sits for a few hours or more.

Anyone have any insight on what may cause this?

Thanks for any help

Quick question here, Murph --

Does this issue seem to be more of a problem when the fuel level in the tank is 1/4 or less ???

No it has 3/4 of a tank and it did it this morning. It's my wifes car so she drives more than me. But i took it this morning and it did it for me when I went to work.

Well I was hoping to avoid that seeing that there are no more Saturn Dealers around. Plus I work for a dealer so I know how it goes. It won't happen for them then I'm out diag fee. I was just hoping someone here may have had this same problem and could point me in the right direction.
