1) The previous post in this thread just celebrated its 10th anniversary, so you'll likely never find out
2) Saturns do not have carbs, and even if they did, I don't believe you'd have a throttle body and a carburetor on the same engine at the same time
3) If you're having problems w your Satty, please start your own thread in the appropriate model section of the forum, complete w year model, trim, engine, mileage so we can all have the best chance of helping you solve the problem.
