I detailed my SL out this weekend and used Meguiar’s Gold brand wax. The stuff was great. It took out a lot of the small scratches, and buffed that old 93 to a great shine. I honestly couldnt believe it once I buffed the wax out. Truly remarkable. I think you can buy it from autogeek, but I got mine from walmart.

I like 3M stuff. I use Perfect-it, Finess-it, Finish Restorer Wax, and Perfect-it ShowCar Liquid wax. Along with a host of other 3M items. I do really like Mequiar's quick detailer, and claybars. I only use microfiber towels to wash and dry. Edited by: sw2cam

i recently tried out the turtle wax ice, and for anyone who doesnt have a garage in which to wax their car, this stuff is ideal...you can do it in direct sunlight, and it did a good job

I like to use the NXT wax Afterwards its like looking at a newly finished paint job.
