Default Phillips headlamp bulbs

For years I have been using MATRIX 80/100 watt (very white, very bright) headlamps bulbs from Summit Racing. I bought three sets and when they came I found them to be worthless. So dim they were unusable. Summit was good enough to take all three sets back and cover the return shipping. Before that I had tryed NightHawks, Cuzo's, Nokya's, PIAA's, SilverStars, and others.

Anyway I was looking around and found these Phillips Crystal Vision Ultra's on ebay with 5 mins left and ZERO bids. I bid $3.47 then someone else made a bid. I hit it again with 2 mins left and the other person hit. I held on till there was 15 seconds to go and won the bid at $10.47 with free shiping. Not a bad deal I was hoping. Well the bulbs showed up yesterday and I put them in last night after going for a drive with the stock lamps in. Now I'd never pay the $66.65 list price I saw on the net, but for $20. bucks or less they are worth the money for how white and bright they are. How bright, well they are better than stock by a good 20%. They are nice and white and match my MATRIX fogs. Now we'll see how long they last. If I can get a full year out of them before they die I'll buy another set.
