Default Shift Cable Problems (AGAIN!)

Hi guys, i posted here about 2 or 3 months ago about a faulty shift cable. so i bought a new one from the saturn dealership and hooked it up and now im having the same problem again. for the some reason the wires that go inside the bearing that hooks up to the transmission (not the wire that hooks up to the driveshaft) are coming out of the bearing and are all frayed. like all the little wires that are suppose to be inside the bearing are out... this is a brand new shift cable so what do i need to fix now?

well, I would think it is under a 12 mo /12 k warranty - I would check with your saturn dealership where you purchased it.....
