06 VUE blinker short?

06 VUE blinker short?

Just got a used 06 VUE and when you put the right blinker on the left front blinker comes on faintly (blinking in time with right one) and the digital odometer dims noticeably in time with right blinker. Ideas what I should check? Thanks 
