Hey Guys. Can someone help me here. My dashboard light is out. Checked fuses, there fine. Does the car (1996 Saturn) have a bulb some where in the dashboard thatneed to change and if so , how hard is it to do. If not a bulb, then what. It's been driving me crazy

I don't know exactly where in the dash it is. I don't know how to take off the dash.Heres the deal. At night when I turn on the headlights, the dash lights is suppose to come on to right. It's not. Every other light in the car works except the one that illuminates the dashboard.

Sorry I don't live in the chicago area. Live in sunny florida. I think it may be my dimmer switch, cause when I try it, nothing dims. Not even the radio light. know how to replace that?
