43 OEM Enhanced codes
I have a 2000 Saturn SL1 replace many things as of late trying to get it to run. The only way to get it to crank did you push the pedal all the way to the floor it will crank for just a few seconds but when it does it spits and sputters very badly idles very roughly. Then stalls and I have to repeat process sometimes running for a second or two before stalling.I've replaced coil packs spark plugs spark plug wires crankshaft position sensor new gasket behind the intake manifold new battery wires cleaned all my ground two body contacts new fuel filter clean the fuel rail fuel injectors clean connections check the starter good connections there change the oil radiator fluid put fuel injector cleaner the gas tank water remover in the gas tank. As none of this changed its current condition I went in body code scanner it's coming up with roughly 43 enhance codes all to do with performance and low and high voltage not sure what to do next trying to check for voltage drop coming from the PCM because I believe maybe that's where the problem is at not sure any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Please post the codes as pxxxx or B xxxx or u xxxx.
Not not what the scanner says the code means.
Not sure what you mean about enhanced codes unless you mean GM specific codes for which code numbers are used by GM for particular purposes, while other manufacturers may use the same code for something else.
Is your security light flashing on the dash?
When was the last time the vehicle ran properly, when did it stop running properly, and how much time passed since then? If it has been a significant amount of time, the gas may have gone bad

I have one global OBD2 code it is p0341 and p1599. The gas in the car is new with additives for water efficiency cleaning whatnot new fuel filter new crank position sensor new coil packs new spark plug wires new spark plugs took the intake manifold off cleaned it put a new gasket on with it clean the fuel rail clean the injectors put new seals in clean replace all the body grounds clean the wires from the computer the battery the starter replace the engine coolant temperature sensor new battery alternator starter both fine clean throttle body throttle body plate clean the mass airflow sensor I replace all the fuses and solenoids check for voltage don't see any voltage drops I check compression compression is clear across the board all it 175 wet test ignition seems to be fine. it turns over fine but I have to hold my foot all the way down the gas pedal to get it to crank once it does it spits and sputters misfires backfires idles real hard installs doesn't stay running more than maybe 5 to 10 seconds at most.
