The quarter mile times are good indicators for sure, but I caution to add, the changes observed could very well be atmospheric pressure, temperature or/and humidity but still a good tracking method. I really like the ported throttle body modification. In my book that has given the biggest measurable gains. The rest, I've already commented on but it is fun and something enjoyable to do.
Another big factor is shift points. You can shift to early and miss the power band or too late and run out of cam on my small engine car that has a big affect.
But it still doesn't negate the fun factor.
My Saturn has the sport/ecomony shift button (AUTOMATIC) which when in Sport will scare the heck out of late model Mustangs.
Congrats, impressive times.

I would try it with the cat and the resonator without the muffler first.
