Default Replacing S Belt Tensioner on 2004 2.2L

Replaced S Belt 8k miles ago and ran great - now lots of squealing and have narrowed it down to the belt tensioner for the S-belt. Can't seem to find online instructions how to remove tensioner and replace but looks like there is a nut securing it where the arm pivots, so I assume I have to (a) raise arm and get belt out of the way (b) remove the nut and tensioner assy comes off (c) install replacement. Is this correct? Thanks!

Yep, that is correct. Easier to just pop the belt off, honestly.

Any known brands of tensioner to stay away from (known to be slightly the wrong size, poor quality, etc)?

I only ask b c this was/is a problem with the some of the s-car aftermarket tensioners
