what trans oil do I use for a 2003 Saturn vue uto / 6 cylinder????????????

in the manual for a 03 saturn vue 3.0 it will state you should use 5w30 in the winter or you can use 10w30 in the summer, i use nothing but mobil 1 full synthetic 10w30 high milage and i do add 5oz sea form every 6 mouth makes the lifter sound like new and put the rest in my gas ,you can not just jump to a full synthetic, you will have to use a mid grade synthetic and then go to a full synthetic, if you dont like this oil you can not just go back with reg oil. you will have to go backward steps to get to reg oil again. love this oil i got 169,000 miles and it runs very nice and changeing oil is the life of your car. i change every 2500 miles. hope this helps you

 

jaj105 sorry tired best to make sure trans or motor oil my falt. derk is right, with thing must know type of trans and vin. on my 03 saturn vur 5 speed tran 3.0 i use valvoline max life full synthetic my trans calls for t-4 max life is 8.00 qt but every car there is adifference best to check to make sure?
