Does it only do it when cold or when hot? I'd suggest checking the hoses and hose clamps. You might have a loose clamp or maybe one that's too tight and has caused a slight split in a hose. And is that the area where the radiator cap is? If so, maybe the cap needs replacing. I have never looked under the hood of a Vue, so don't know anything about them, except not to purchase one.

I wouldn't be surprised if the water pump is leaking and the alternator belt is giving the coolant a ride. The xr has the dohc 3.6l v6, I have never seen this engine.

What color is the liquid?
I had a 2008 Vue XR w the 3.6 V6. Think it just turned 100K or close before being totalled. Never had any coolant issues.
Maybe try wiping everything absolutely dry, including the belt, have someone else start the vehicle, and just sit and watch it run. Boring as hell, but you'll likely figure it out if it is a seal and the coolant is riding the belt. There should be traces of it back towards the firewall at the bottom that are wholly removed from the cooling system
just a suggestion. It must be a small leak to pass a pressure test, i would think.

You might have a Reservoir leak, also check your Thermostat hose.
