Default Cylinder one misfire please help 2002 Saturn lw300

I have replaced ignition coils, new spark plugs and wires, new intake manifold boots, new valve cover gasket, new fuel and air filter. Code still showing up after resetting it. What am I missing?

If there is compression in that hole, you probably have a bad injector. Does the car have a dead miss? If you unplug the coil packs does it crank over evenly? The code you are chasing is po301?
