I have never used this feature before and am not sure how or why it works. I think this is a responce.
I really have not modified anything. What I have done is restored what you see in the pictures. I prepped and painted the body, the clear coat had gone to hell. I used the replacement factory paint, Black Gold, but it had also the metallics colors of Red, blue and Green in it so when you look close in the sunlight the car appears gold with BLING, but in the shade it is black.
Mechanically I fixed what is what was broke. What I could not do myself I had done. As far as interior goes, I have a good upholstry shop I use that repaired the damage due to time and a leaky sun roof with OEM or equivelent materials.
All in all I spent about $1500.00 in cash on parts and services and about 150 hours of time.
