Hello, My grandmother decided to hit the side of the garage with her 01 SL2. She took the passenger mirror off.

Anyways, How do I go about finding a replacement, first place I am going to try is the junkyard. But if I have no luck there i will get a new one. How much do they usually cost??

Also how do I go about replacing the mirror? The mirror itself is off, but it looks like the mirror and housing on the door were one part. How do I go about removing the housing? so I can replace the mirror.

All help is appreciated, thanks.

Definatly try ebay. I had to buy a mirror for an expedition and it was much cheaper. Now, understand that if it isnt a saturn part, it's going to feel different. Like my new mirror was made more out of painted plastic than chrome. Since is saved 100 dollars and it looked the same, I really didn't care. If this is an issue for you, then just make sure the person has good feedback (and that you can read the comments) and that it says OEM or stock. Plus, read the entire listing. If it is a Saturn OEM part, the seller will be sure to let you know because it's a selling point. If not, it will largely be ignored.
