My single biggest disappointment across the board is headers. By in large they have proven to be a huge waste of money accompanied by reliability and maintenance problems. My favoritest is High Flow catalytic converters and H or X cross over pipes on dual exhausts. The H pipe mellows out the blatting that can come from duals on a V type engine. On small in line engines to me a high flow catalytic converter and a turbo muffler of some kind generally will make me happy as to the end result. Also makes them smog legal which where I live is a requirement for the most part. |
