View Full Version : My new snake
euroc 03-12-2006, 02:28 AM I recently bought a Banded California Kingsnake. Its a hatchling, and only slightly over a foot long. I can't think of any good names for a snake, or even if reptiles get named since they don't really have the same personality as a dog would. Let me know if anyone has any ideas.
Liisa 03-13-2006, 01:53 PM i think you should name it trouser snake. he he he. I'm sick like that though.
I had a chameleon and i named her Camel Toe. It was funny when I came into work stating that my camel toe had fallen asleep on my finger. All of the guys didn't know what to say about that one.
When it comes to naming animals, it's all a joke with me. Just look at it, and think. A name will come to mind. that's what happened with my car.
euroc 03-13-2006, 02:25 PM I think even stranger than the names you picked for your animals is the fact that you named your car!!! LOL...
Liisa 03-13-2006, 02:48 PM What's wrong with naming a car?
If you really love it, you should name it. Guys do it all the time. At least i dont' have a name for all of the tools that i own. That'd be scary.
It's like naming children, needs some thought. maybea glance deep into their eyes to see what truly lies beneath.
Or, you could just name it in a drunken rage... he he.
"I'd like you to meet my snake, I call him rectal scab" heh. that'd be a good one.
euroc 03-13-2006, 03:06 PM So let me ask (before I die of curiosity) what the heck did you name your carsmileys/smiley25.gifAnd how about your last car that you didnt list the make/model, what was it's name? smileys/smiley4.gif Edited by: euroc
Liisa 03-13-2006, 03:43 PM I named my car daphne..it was either that or bambi, and my car isn't a ditz, so i named her daphne. i like it.
I used to drive a 1990 Dynasty. (Big pil'o'sh*t) That car's name was Barbara. I didn't like that car, it was a junker. I killed it in June of last year. that was a hard breakup....smileys/smiley19.gif
Oh well, i've got my new baby, and she takes me to all the places that i need to go, or like to go. lol
euroc 03-13-2006, 04:02 PM So doesn't naming them make it a little harder when you 'kill' them?
Liisa 03-13-2006, 06:07 PM Nope.
I'm a cold, heartless bitch.
The Dynasty was a pile and a half. I'm sure we all know that was one of the biggest lemons on earth. I think that it had about 12 pages reserved in the lemonade guide for all the things that go wrong with them.
I'm sure that if I end up killing this car, or if she dies on me, i'll be rather heartbroken. The dynasty was hard to get over, cause that car had a lot of sentimental value to me. My new one, yeah, that's going to be really hard. But, i'm taking good care of her. I love her. Hug her, and she hugs me back with her little baby door. (i love that door)
euroc 03-14-2006, 12:54 AM not as heartless as you thought smileys/smiley2.gif
Liisa 03-14-2006, 09:15 AM Shhh.
That's my exterior. Cold heartless bitch on the outside, nice, wonderful loving person on the inside. It's just getting through that first wall is a tough one. Many people have failed at it, and i have laughed at their feeble attempt to get through.
euroc 03-14-2006, 01:20 PM hmm... kind of like an M&M? I guess we all have shells that we put on for people, even if it's small ones. Some to get attention, and some to keep attention away... For some reason people are more willing to open up online, like everyone they talk to is a qualified phsycoanalasist! Or maybe its because our computer screens become our shells.
Liisa 03-14-2006, 05:29 PM It's the anonymity of the internet.
But, i'm usually quite open with people anyways.
Dont' see a reason in hiding behind stuff.
I'd rather bea mean person on the outside, to filter out the people that i dont' want to associate with.
euroc 03-14-2006, 07:11 PM ha ha ha... very funny. I guess thats one way to find out who your friends are right of the bat. Just be mean to everyone (instead of nice) then when you are having a bad day, you dont lose half your friends because they already think thats you.
