Car stalls anytime the clutch is depressed ie stopping, slowing for a turn, etc. Worse when the vehicle gets warm. Will start fine cold but will only restart warm with gas pedal fully depressed. Running extremely rich (went from 28 mpg last week to 10 this week). Husband changed PCV valve and cleaned all connectors, changed plugs and wires. Heater running ultra warm and overheating indicator light occasionally flashes on and off but never remains on. Any ideas? LOVE my car but does have 203,000 miles on it. Would love to keep it going at least another 10,000.

Thought you'd all like to know...we replaced the coolant temperature sensor and it fixed all the problems for less than $10! Still love my Saturn!!!

Yep, The ECTS is most common problem with fuel/temp issues. One thing to keep in mind, if you replaced it with a after market resin tip instead of the OEM brass tip sensor, it's going to fail again. I wouldn't worry too much, your probably good for a couple years.
