Ok....I just bought a*98 5-speed*SC1.....the guy that owned it before me lowered the car 2.5" and it has a little shutter in the front when u accelerate.* It shakes side to side a little bit.* He also kept all the stock parts he took off so he sent those with me....if i put the stock suspension back on will the shutter stop.Edited by: sw2cam

Yes it will. Its because of the angle of the axles from the lowered suspension. It's not dangerous or anything.

maybe the problem is not on the loweringmaybe it is in the bushing or the ball joints..lowering the car must make it more stable as long as lowering kit is appropriate for the car
Nope. Its from lowering it. Its a common thing that happens when lowering S-Series Saturns. Pretty well known for the past 15 years.
